Ed has been involved in health and fitness from a very young age, dedicating himself to rugby. A product of the Saracens academy has recently played for teams such as London Scottish and Richmond RFC.

Whilst being involved in a heavy contact sport he has experienced first-hand what it is like to go through the rehabilitation and sports therapy. This has lead to a career in helping others reach their goals through postural correction, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation assistance or injury prevention.

Ed has graduated from St Mary’s University Twickenham attaining a bachelor’s degree in strength and conditioning science. During his time he was fortunate to work with top athletes in Rowing and women’s rugby as well as being able to train GB and GB para athletes. These experiences have helped improve his performance and nutrition knowledge for both himself and his clients.

Ed joined Neurolink Team in August 2017 and leads the personal training with all clients. He enjoys working closely within a dynamic team to help his clients achieve their goals by educating them and using various techniques to make exercise fun, interesting, dynamic and effective.
